How to Disable the Firefox Site Specific Zoom
Firefox 3.0 has the ability to keep track of the zoom level you have chosen for a given website. To cancel this feature do the following
Type about:config in the Firefox toolbar
Locate browser.zoom.siteSpecific
Double click on that entry to change value from "true" to "false"
